wonderful hotel experience

convenient proximity ample space good breakfast variety kind staff

The hotel is near the main train station. I liked this proximity. the room provided ample space and everything felt very clean. the breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff displayed kindness and understanding. a shopping center nearby was also very convenient.

i noticed the lift system required authorization and felt a bit slow.

The breakfast buffet included a smart selection of food items. Everything tasted delicious. guests could also enjoy a pizza at the bar late in the evening. i am thankful for this convenience.

a standard stay near the train station

ineffective air conditioning non functioning television

the air conditioning was not effective the room became uncomfortably warm i was informed it was not considered summer season for air conditioning use additionally the television did not function for a full day staff indicated there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue i found this lack of support unacceptable

okay, i guess

peeling paint uncomfortable temperature

the room was pretty warm i think it was downright uncomfortable both nights also there were some real scuffs on the walls it seemed worn out and not exactly inviting the staff did little to fix it so i just sweated and stared at the peeling paint it was not the highlight of my trip.

public transport central station soft towels good shower clean room comfortable room uncomfortable pillows uncomfortable bed absent lounge staff

the location is good near public transport. it is walkable to the central station. the room was very comfy and tidy. the shower have a good pressure and soft sized towels.

i am sorry, but the pillows was uncomfortable. the bed was also uncomfortable. the lounge staff are not always present.
